Wendy unveiled her hot new ad today in Times Square for PETA's new
winter campaign. And she's become a new spokesperson for the
organization who is against the mistreatment of animals and people
wearing animal fur. Wendy, who once wore real mink and fox but had a
change of heart after learning how animals are electrocuted, beaten,
and even skinned alive for their fur, said today:
"We should all try to be comfortable in our own skin and let the animals keep theirs."
Christmas is still nearly four weeks away, but Jessica Simpson got her
biggest — and totally unexpected! — present early: Another baby on the
way! Seven months after giving birth to daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson,
the star is once again expecting, the new issue of Us Weekly exclusively
confirms.
“It definitely wasn’t planned. But yes, Jessica is pregnant again,” a
source reveals to Us. The surprise baby-to-be is the second for the
singer and Fashion Star mentor, 32, and fiance Eric Johnson. (A rep for
Simpson had no comment.)
Engaged for the past two years, Simpson and former NFL pro Johnson,
33, welcomed Maxwell — a whopping 9 pound, 13 ounce bundle of joy! — on
May 1 of this year.
And while Simpson felt energized about her admirable 70-pound slimdown post-baby, her greatest inspiration is being a mom.
“Motherhood is a dream,” she told Katie Couric back in September. “It really is absolutely amazing.”
Wishing a Happy Thanksgiving to her 5.7 million Twitter followers Nov. 22, she gushed:
“I am so grateful for my new lil family!”
Notes the source of pregnancy number two: “She really is overjoyed!”
If this story is true congrats to the new parent for a second time around!
According to sources Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry successfully obtained a
restraining order against Berry’s current boyfriend, Olivier Martinez,
after the Thanksgiving brawl that left Aubry with wicked facial
injuries. Both men were treated for various injuries at a hospital.
Aubry’s petition for the restraining order contained images of Aubry’s
black eyes, lacerations and abrasions that Aubry claims he suffered at
the hands of Martinez who made a citizen’s arrest on the former
underwear model. Aubry says he was attacked by Martinez when he arrived
at Berry’s Los Angeles home to drop off his daughter Nahla on November
22, 2012.
Well here we go again, Nicki Minaj is involved in yet another battle and this time it's with former American Idol judge Steven Tyler. For some unknown reason Steven Tyler found it necessary to critique Nicki's judging skills, mind you that the show hasn't even aired yet.
Here's how the drama unfolded...
The 64-year-old Aerosmith frontman and ex-Idol judge did an interview with MTV recently criticizes all the new judges. And then he specifically named Nicki Minaj:
'You just have to give your opinion. It wasn't hard for
me, but I would imagine it's hard for some people, and they need a
manager to say 'Shut the f***up, and just give them your opinion.
'If it was Bob Dylan, Nicki Minaj would have had him sent to the
cornfield! Whereas, if it was Bob Dylan with us, we would have brought
the best of him out, as we did with Phillip Phillips. Just saying.'
After hearing Ms. Minaj took twitter to air out her feelings:
'Steven Tyler said I would have sent Bob Dylan to a cornfield???
Steven, you haven’t seen me judge one single solitary contestant yet!'
'I understand you really wanted to keep your job but take that up with
the producers. I haven’t done anything to you. That’s a racist comment.'
'You assume that I wouldn’t have liked Bob Dylan??? why? black? rapper? what? go f*** yourself and worry about yourself babe.'
Can't say I agree with Nicki calling Steven racist but I do think he should have kept his negative comments to himself. A new season of "American Idol" debuts Jan. 16.
Tyra shows that she still gots what it takes to work the camera. The "America's Next Top Model" creator recently stepped in front of
the cameras to take part in a racy bondage-style photo shoot with WestEast magazine, andshe shared some behind-the-scenes pictures with her Twitter followers.
"Giving WestEast mag in Asia a lil' bit naughty, a lil' bit nice," the 38-year-old tweeted over the weekend. "Where's my whip?"
After months of breakup reports, Kimora Lee Simmons and Djimon Hounsou, who have a 3-year-old son named Kenzo, announced on
Wednesday they have officially separated after more than five years
together as a couple. Their statement, released by the "Amistad" actor's
rep, makes it clear that the two never married. Although Simmons, 37,
and Hounsou, 48, exchanged vows in West Africa in summer 2008, they
never filed for a marriage license in the U.S. because at the time she
was still wed to Russell Simmons.
"There have been quite a few hurtful rumors circulating," Simmons tweeted on
Wednesday. "The truth is Djimon+I have been separated for some time. We
have remained happy, loving, co-parenting friends+family. We all have
much to be thankful for," she added.

The talk of Seoul today is all about the 24-year-old
ex-singer-turned-first lady of North Korea, Ri Sol-Ju, who was
officially mentioned by North Korean TV on Wednesday as the "comrade
wife to Marshall Kim Jong Un."
A new video was aired today of the two walking arm-in-arm, a rare
lovey-dovey image which analysts in Seoul say is aimed to make North
Korea's young leader appear "stable and fatherly."
But what has attracted the most attention in Seoul today is her beauty
and sense of fashion. She wore colorful green, burgundy, and yellow
outfits, polka dot patterns, open-toe pumps, and even a chic brooch on
one of her dresses. North Korean women usually wear their traditional
costume, or monotone black or gray suits to public events.
"I was surprised because she was so up-to-date in fashion. My friends
think she's very pretty too," said Hyun-Sun Kim, 22, a nurse.
"I think Ri Sol Ju possesses a classic traditional Korean beauty, a
round face and clean skin," said Edward Han, 52, a South Korean
businessman. "And she's got that image of an obedient wife which sure
would be popular among the elders especially."

Katherine spoke on national tv saying she's "devastated" by the
"misunderstandings" of her whereabouts and accusations that her children
have held her against her will. Janet and Jermaine whispered to each
other a few times during Katherine's speech that she read off of paper.
Mrs. Jackson said:
ON THE 'KIDNAPPING'
There are rumors going around about me that I have been kidnapped and held against my will. I am here today to let everybody know that I am fine and I am here
with my children, and my children would never do a thing to me like
that, holding me against my will. It's very stupid for people to think
that.
ON THE LOSS OF CUSTODY OF HER GRANDCHILDREN
I am devastated that while I've been away, that my children, my
grandchildren, have been taken away from me, and I'm coming home to see
about that, also.
ON WHO WAS LOOKING AFTER HER GRANDCHILDREN
Before I left I put everything in order with the appropriate people
to take care of my children for me and it's really bad to hear that
what's going on at home, and the children have been taken away - but I
know that... I'll get there in time to get them back. And after I finish this, I will be on my way home.
ON WHERE SHE WENT
I am grateful for my children that they saw that I needed rest and they
wanted to take me away for a while, just a short vacation and rest up.
They have taken good care of me and have made sure that I got the rest that I needed.
ON WHY DIDN'T SHE CALL?
One reason I haven't called is I just gave up my phone and I didn't want to have any phone calls while I was here.
My question is why she would leave her young grandchildren without letting them know where she was going and when she'd be coming back. It's obvious these children have major trust issues and for good reason their father is dead and the only person Michael every really trusted was his mother Katherine.
Bruce Jenner may find himself in the dog house when he returns home to Los Angeles. The reality star was a guest on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” on Tuesday night for an Olympic-themed episode along with comedian Amy Sedaris and he really put his foot in his mouth. Host Andy Cohen had the two play a “sports” game where they had to hug awkwardly for 20 seconds, but just a few seconds in, Jenner suddenly scooped up the petite blonde and carried her around before throwing her over his shoulder and spinning. “You’re so light,” he commented when he put down the embarrassed Sedaris. “I’m using to picking up those girls with the big asses.” A stunned Cohen asked Jenner if he meant his stepdaughters Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe, but he didn’t answer … which was probably wise. There's no question that octomoms action are morally questionable but sources state her stripping and other x-rated gigs have helped her bid farewell to WELFARE!
Sources tell TMZ ... the mother of 14 no longer needs government assistance thanks to her various XXX gigs. We're told Octo has raked in more than enough cash to support herself -- we're talkin' 6-figs.
Why it's good she's off welfare the example she's setting for her kids is not the best.
The good-times were a rolling last night as Adrienne Bailon, celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins, Taraji P. Henson, and Jennifer Williams partied at Courvoisier Rose One Year Anniversary Event in NYC last night. See the pics below:
Tragedy hit late last night as a man identified as a 24-year-old local resident named James Holmes, walked in a theater dressed as Bane one of the characters in the new Batman movie "The Dark Knight Rises" and opened fire on innocent patrons after releasing a gas that made it hard for people to breathe. As of now 12 people are confirmed to have been killed and 38 wounded.
Twelve people were killed and at least 50 others wounded early Friday when a gunman wearing a bullet-proof vest opened fire during a midnight screening of the latest Batman movie near Denver, authorities and witnesses said.
The victims being treated in at least six hospitals included a 6-year-old. The youngest person treated was a 4-month-old baby, who has been released. The oldest reported patient is 45.
Authorities said the gunman had appeared at the front of the theater during the film and released a canister of tear gas. Witnesses told reporters that the gunfire erupted during a shootout scene in "The Dark Knight Rises".
Here is some of the developments-including video footage from inside the theater surrounding the shooting, as well as information about the suspect--inside....
ABC News contacted Holmes' mother, who was unaware of the occurrence of the shooting, but interestingly knew her son was very likely involved once she was informed. She said, "You have the right person, I need to call the police. I need to fly out to Colorado.”
Warner Brothers, the studio who houses The Dark Knight trilogy films, put out a statement of sympathy. And also has cancelled the premiere event in Paris tonight in light of the tragedy:
"Warner Bros. is deeply saddened to learn about this shocking incident. We extend our sincere sympathies to the families and loved ones of the victims at this tragic time."
And President Barack Obama also stated that as a country, we are committed to seeking justice:
"Michelle and I are shocked and saddened by the horrific and tragic shooting in Colorado ... We are committed to bringing whoever was responsible to justice, ensuring the safety of our people, and caring for those who have been wounded. As we do when confronted by moments of darkness and challenge, we must now come together as one American family."
This story is still developing. Our prayers go out to the families affected by this horrific incident
